Requests must include the student’s full name, date of birth, and graduation year (or last year of attendance at SJPII).
Transcripts are sent electronically to universities using the Naviance program’s connection to Parchment (a secure transcript transmission process accepted by most colleges and universities). You will receive e-mail confirmation when the transcript has been transmitted.
