The Brain Bowl Team competes at the local, regional and state level. During the competition, teams answer questions as quickly as possible about current events, science, math, language arts, social studies and popular culture. Teams winning at the county and regional levels advance to the state level and may be eligible for scholarships offered by colleges and universities in Florida. Cheerleading Team attends home and local football games and generate crowd excitement for their Panther sports teams.

Model UN is an annual event where student delegations represent the member states of the United Nations, and facilitate proactive solutions to international problems through research, debate, and written resolutions. As diplomatic representatives, students will have the opportunity to gain skills in communication, negotiation, research methods, and consensus building. Mu Alpha Theta (ΜΑΘ) is a United States mathematics honor society for high schools and two-year colleges. Its main goals are to inspire keen interest in mathematics, develop strong scholarship in the subject, and promote the enjoyment of mathematics in high school and two year college students. The JPII Chapter is a chartered member of the National Honor Society. The National Honor Society was founded in 1921 by the National Association of Secondary School Principals to recognize academic achievement while encouraging the positive attributes of service to community, worthy leadership, and the development of citizens of good character. The Columbian Squires is an international youth fraternity run by the Knights of Columbus for Catholic boys between the ages of 10 and 18. A Squires circle is designed to be run both by and for young men. Through their local circle, Squires work and socialize as a group of friends, gradually developing into Catholic leaders.
