100% of families seeking financial support have received some form of assistance either through public scholarship programs under Florida School Choice programs, pastors, or private donations. All families attending SJPIICHS pay something towards their tuition and fees – how much is unique to each family. Learn more about these scholarship opportunities below:
Florida Tax Credit & Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Outcomes Scholarships
All Florida residents are eligible to apply for these state scholarships! We encourage families to apply for Florida state funded scholarships and to apply early! Families applying for these grants received, on average, $7,500 per child in our area (dependent on county of residence). Families must apply to these scholarships before applying for grants or scholarships from St. John Paul II Catholic High School.
Step Up is a School Funding Organization (SFO) that provides scholarships to private school students.
Family Empowerment Scholarship for students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) provides scholarships for students with special needs and disabilities including learning disabilities, visual and hearing impairments, certain diseases, etc. Please check the Step Up for Students website for more details.
The Hope Scholarship is for students in grades kindergarten through 12 who are enrolled in a Florida public school and have been bullied, harassed, assaulted, threatened and or other violent acts to transfer to another public school or enroll in an approved private school. School documentation of incidents is used in the eligibility process.
