We are so excited you are considering St. John Paul II Catholic High School for your incoming 9th grader! Please use the link below to complete the first step in the application process using your unique SNAP CODE provided by email. Once this is completed, please use the second link(s) to complete two electronic teacher recommendations for your student.

We require additional documents (form DH 3040 & form DH 680), in order to compete your student’s application. All required documents for all applicants can be found by visiting www.sjpiichs.org/application-process. Because we streamline through PowerSchool for Trinity families, you will not have to upload transcripts, testing, social security card or birth certificate through your application. 

We will contact Trinity directly to obtain required transcripts and your student’s file after the application has been submitted and we have received your teacher recommendations through the link below. You will be required to submit both DH3040 & DH680 from your student’s doctor as these are new forms for students entering a new school. We must have these submitted promptly to complete your child’s application.

After Acceptance:

If accepted, you will receive an email with an official acceptance letter welcoming your family to SJPII. Once received, we ask that you pay the $250 enrollment fee and submit any final forms (such as athletic forms). Any additional information will be included in your acceptance letter including uniforms, etc.
