Tuition and Financial Aid

At St. John Paul II Catholic High School, we are committed to making a high-quality Catholic education accessible to families of all financial backgrounds. We understand that investing in your child’s future is a significant decision, and we strive to provide flexible tuition options and financial aid opportunities to support our students.

To maintain a fair and confidential process, SJPIICHS partners with FACTS, a trusted third-party service, to handle financial aid application processing. FACTS evaluates each family’s financial situation and helps determine the level of assistance that can be provided. Need-based financial aid, merit-based scholarships, and tuition assistance programs are available to eligible families.

  • Financial Aid

At SJPIICHS, we believe every qualified student should have the opportunity to thrive in a faith-filled, academically excellent environment, regardless of a family’s ability to pay full tuition. Through Florida School Choice scholarship programs, pastoral support, and private donations, 100% of families seeking financial assistance have received some form of support. While every family contributes toward tuition and fees, the exact amount is personalized to fit each family’s circumstances.

We understand that investing in your child’s education is an important decision, and we are here to partner with you every step of the way. To explore financial assistance options or discuss your family’s unique situation, please contact our FACTS account manager, Mr. Bill Bibby.

  • State Scholarships

All Florida residents are eligible to apply for Florida Tax Credit & Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Outcomes Scholarships! We encourage families to apply for Florida state funded scholarships and to apply early. Families applying for these grants received, on average, $7,500 per child in our area (dependent on county of residence). Families must apply to these scholarships before applying for grants or scholarships from St. John Paul II Catholic High School.

    • Step Up

Step Up is a School Funding Organization (SFO) that provides scholarships to private school students. Scholarships include The Family Empowerment Scholarship for students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) and The Hope Scholarship for students who have been bullied, harassed, and/or other violent acts to transfer to another public school or enroll in an approved private school.

All payments begin in June 2026. Monthly payments end May 30th 2027. All tuition and fees for the 2026-2027 school year must be paid in full by May 30, 2027. Personal or company checks will not be accepted after May 30, 2027. Payments made after this date must be in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or money order. Senior tuition and fees should be paid in full before graduation. At any time during the school year, if the tuition and fee payment becomes delinquent for more than two months, the student(s) might not be allowed to attend class or take midterm or final exams until the payments become current or other arrangements have been made. Additionally, the family might be required to establish a FACTS automatic payment plan. If a student withdraws once classes have begun, tuition up to and including the quarter in which the student withdraws is non-refundable. Before the beginning of the school year, if two months’ tuition is not paid, the student’s registration at SJPII is automatically terminated, and their position may be relinquished to another student. Other charges that may be added to your student’s FACTS account include books, technology, AP exam fees, other test fees, honor societies fees, retreat fees, and graduation fees (Seniors Only).
