We’re excited to introduce our SJPII Parents in Prayer Summer Series — a meaningful opportunity to stay connected, grow in faith, and support our school through intentional prayer.
Our Goals
- Pray together for our principal search, fine arts expansion & other school needs
- Strengthen community among SJPII families and staff
- Encourage spiritual growth throughout the summer
How It Works
We’ll gather once a week, but with a twist—each week will be a different day and time so more people can participate, even if only occasionally.
We’ll also rotate locations, including the school, church, and other spots around town.
What to Expect
Each week will feature a different prayer experience, for example:
- Rosary – Gathering to discuss intentions & pray the rosary together
- Adoration – Intentions followed by prayer during Eucharistic Adoration
- Walking Prayer – Morning walk with shared intentions and closing prayer
- Coffee & Reflection – Gospel reading/reflection & prayer at a local coffee shop
Why Join?
- Flexible scheduling to fit your summer plans
- Opportunities to connect with other SJPII families
- A variety of prayer styles to meet people where they are
- A visible SJPII presence in our community
- Open to all parents—and yes, dads are welcome too!
- Staff members are warmly invited to join!
Stay Connected
We’ll share a full schedule and weekly details via:
- School email
- The Band app
Please feel free to invite friends, forward emails, or send a quick text to others who may want to join!
We hope you’ll consider joining us—whether once or often—as we come together in prayer for our school and each other.
With gratitude,
SJPII Parents in Prayer
